Dover Youth Sports & Activities, Inc. has been offering youth football & cheerleading for boys and girls, ages 4 to 16 for over 30 years.
Come join a winning team where "YOUTH COMES FIRST"!  Teams fill up fast, limited space is available on all teams.

Welcome to Dover Patriots Youth Football & Cheerleading. The following is important information you will need prior to the start of the season. If you have further questions, please contact a Dover Patriot Representative.

What to Bring:

Registration Fees: Mighty Mites (flag)- $150.00 or $75.00 deposit Pee Wee through Varsity - $200.00 or $75.00 deposit 
(
$75.00 – non-refundable Deposit) used as part of Registration fees)  (Balance due before pads are issued) Completed Registration Forms Copy of your child’s Birth Certificate

**Varsity boys: if you are Registered on the varsity team you need to bring,
Florida Id, Military Id, Passport or a
Florida driving permit, as well as the above mentioned formes and documents**

 

 

Concession Stand deposit & Hours:
Each family is required to work 3 home games & 3 practice nights in our concession stand. Sign –up sheets will be provided at Registration. You are required to pay a 50.00 concession fee deposit. It will be refunded upon completion of working your total concession time.

Physicals:
Each player and cheerleader is required to provide a FYFCA approved/provided sports physical, by the first day of practice. This is a FYFCA By-law. All Sports physicals must be dated after June 1st, 2010 and can be picked up at any registration.

Meet & Greet:
Meet & talk with your coaches. Receive important information regarding the 2010 patriot season. Time and dates TBA.

Practices, Games & Cheer Competitions:
For the first 3 weeks prior to the start of school, practice will be held 4 days a week. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. (Squads/Teams may decide to practice on a 5th day. Please consult your Head Coach) 1st day of practice TBA! A game schedule will be issued at meet & greet. We play 5 home games & 5 away games & a jamboree. Our season ends in December. Cheerleaders may also be required to participate in outside competitions, which fall on Sundays. Cheerleaders do cheer at games as well.

Coaches & Board Members:     
We are looking for individuals who would like to volunteer their time and abilities on the 2009 Board of directors. Several positions are available. If you are interested or would like to be an assistant coach for football or cheerleading, please see an appropriate DYSA representative.
